Change employer right after TN extension with the old employer

Mr. Zuccaro or other gurus,

My girlfriend just renewed her TN in July with her old company. Now she has found a new job with another company and plan to start her new job in Sept. Will the short time between her last renewal (July) and the new tranfer (Sept) be a problem for her transfer? Will USCIS think that she should work for the old company for a longer period of time?
