change employer in 7th year of H1

Hi, is it possible to change employer while on 7th year of H1B. I applied my GC two years back with the current employer. My GC still in Labor.

Is it possible to move to another employer who has a pre approved LC while on 7th year H1B visa.

Any pointers would help. thanks
