Change employer (H1 Transfer) after filing I485

We recently filed our I485 (concurrent with my wife as Primary Applicant) applications and I am thinking of switching employers. We both are on our H1s and I have a little over 6 months left on my H1 for 6 years.

Can I, at this stage change employers and file H1 transfer without affecting the pending 485 application?

I am in the same boat....
Please help us,
can we change our employer and this change will not affect GC(I 485) prosess.
