My current employer has applied my EAD renewal on 09/06. I haven't heard any decision on that. My current EAD is valid till Dec 22, 2005, and using EAD only for employment ( No more H1B ).
I am getting better job offer and would like to take it for sure using AC21 portability.
Q.1. If I join new employer in Nov/Dec 2005 and my filed EAD renewal case remain in "PENDING" status then will it create any problem to obtain iEAD after 90 days (12/07) from local office?
Q.2. Do I have to file AC21 before I go to local office to obtain iEAD?
Q.3. What if USCIS office issue any RFE on my EAD renewal case? Do they notify my current employer or me directly for supportive documents?
Q.4. Is it possible that my current employer withdraw my EAD renewal case from USCIS office? If yes, what will be alternative solution?
