I am currently working under H1b visa, and planning to change my employer.
How hard is it to apply for the new H1 visa by myself. I have my old H1 copies application, which my attorney used in the past.
Can i just copy them and use it as an example. (same job line)
Is it a bad idea? How many "I" forms are required?
How long does it take for an approval these days?
Do i have to get the new H1 approved before i work for the new employer? or can i start working as soon as INS has received my application?
