Change Employer and Reapply GC After Perm Process effdt

I am just wondering is this possible.

Currently my GC Labor is filled from Pittsburgh on abc platform (for example working on Java) with employer xyz.

After Perm Process effects (that is after Mar 28) can i change my employer with other platform (working on SAP) and reapply GC Labor with new employer?

Heared GC Labor filled thru Perm process takes only 3 months to clear labor. Is this correct?
