Change company - AC21 - Question

I485 is pending at VSC from OCT 2002, and live in NJ and also the company.
Now I got a good offer from Texas based employer and client. If I change the employer and move to Texas at this time.
Will my case gets tranferred to TSC?
if so, will TSC consider me as fresh case and take long time to process ...

Please advise.

No it won't.
I filed from NYC (VSC) and moved to Chicago a year later (NSC). Since then I got two EADs and APs from Vermont. My 485 application is still pending there as well.
Be careful with it though. When I moved I didn't change the company (it was an intra-company move). With the change of the employer you are likely to lose your interview waver and may be asked to go through an interview.

It does not matter. I was same boat as yours except I move to NSC. And my case was approved before my friends with same RD & w/o any interview or RFE.
