change citizenship status on submitted aplication

if I submitted an application for my wife and kids a year ago when I was a resident. now I just became a citizen do I have to apply all over again? pay for new application for her and the 3 kids? the application still pending has not been approved yet
 
Did you file just one I-130 for your wife? Or did you file separate I-130s for your wife and for each kid?
 
So you filed four separate I-130s? In that case, there should be no effect. They are automatically upgraded to the Immediate Relative category, but you should let USCIS know that the category changed. It shouldn't make much difference as there was no wait in the F2A category anyway.
