My application is currently under federal DOL under EB-3. As EB-3 might be back logged as early as Jan.2005, I am just wondering if my petition can be switched to EB-2 to avoid the backlog? I am qualified for EB-2 but the company decided to process every application under EB-3.
Please help. Thank you so much... :confused:

There are no categories in LC process (EB-1, 2 or 3).. Category only comes to picture when you apply for I-140. The Qualification / Experience requirement for the job position mentioned in LC decides the EB2 or 3.
