I am planing to change my address to new address..and My file has been Transferrend to local INS office in NY on the APRIL 19Th 2003 .
is there any bad effect if I notify them with the new address....do you think it will slow down my process or I will have any adverse effect. Pls advice...
Also is there anyone whos case has been Transferred and then got approved....is it a normal patern case being transfered afer INS become BCIS or not...
