change address triggeres processing: 140 approved and 485 request issued

changed address 3 weeks ago. got 140 approval 10 days ago after 20 months waiting. Minutes ago, got a call from my attorney, told that 485 request for current employment was issued same time as 140 approval.

140 RD: 11/13/2002
140 AD: 07/01/2004, no rfe

485 RD: 01/27/03
FP: 06/27/03
485 Request: 07/01/04

BTW: I didn't found RFE issued for my 485 online status.

could u also verify that 485 rd is 01/03 and what is nd plz?

u did file 485 seprately but using concurrent filling. few shared they approved ( first quarter of 03 cases) either they filled concurrent or may be USCIS implementing new procedure from 2003 cases while half of officers are working 02 cases till Dec 02.

so this may be end of this year they would be completing Dec 02 while they have started middle of 03 cases.......... just personal thought not necessary u agreed with that....
