Change address and Security check

Are these related at all? I am asking this because we moved last year. But we did send AR-11. But last month we were asked again to send AR-11 to BCIS.

My question is that our RD is 09/2001 and weare still under "secuity check". Is this because we moved?

What is "security check"? check what?

Please, please help!!!

Well all the letters I received from BCIS were with my new address.
Are you sure the name check will expire in 35 days? But does FBI have deadline for processing a name check? Because I was told many times that my case was under "security check".

Also did you ever call FBI to find the status of the name check?

Can someone explain, How Name-check is different from FP? Does everyone needs to go thru name-chek process before case Adjudication?

How can we find out the status of FP.
Please advice?
