Chances of I-140 Denial

I dont know much about it.. but my I-140 was rejected for insufficient educational credencials mentioned in the labor certification. I had to apply the labor all over again with the clause mentioned about the credencials as INS wanted.

can u elaborate on what u mean exactly by "insufficient educational credencials"...was the labor incomplete? or was it that ur edu qualifications did not match the labor?
