Hello Friends,
I had H1b visa and I gave application for change of status to F1 and its successfully approved to F1 visa. But Now my sevis is terminated due to some reason and I am going to apply for reinstatement and My h1b still valid for 2013. I know I can apply for h1b visa. So, How much possibly back to H1 status? And Do I have to leave US and If yes, then Do I have to go to home country or we can request them to Canada Or Mexico? Or I don't have to leave US? Please reply as soon as possible. Thanks In Advance.
