I have been offered a position in a startup that will have a registered office in US as well as operations in India. If I join them I will be one of the first few employees on their rolls. They have promised to process an L
1 or H1 for me. They plan to station a couple of employees(including me) in the US while rest of the workforce will be in India(Basically, they aim to outsource work to India).
What are the chances of their visa application getting approved in the current environment? Please let me know your views.
