Chances of Audit for EB2 with MS+0 or MBA +0 yrs experience

I’m an employer and have got PERM approved with MS plus 1 yr exp. I want to find out about the chances of Audit if we file for EB2 with MS+0 or MBA +0 yrs experience since the candidates are working with us from the beginning (from last 2yrs). Do you think EB3 is the right thing?
 
You'll more than likely receive an audit on the case. You'll have to show that similar people within the company have the same qualifications and were hired based on the fact they posess a master's degree and nothing else. Additionally, you would have to show and none of the people that applied for the position for which you placed the ads and additional recruitment steps didn't hold the only requirement for the position - an M.B.A. - which will again be very difficult to prove.
 
Thanks for the response. Whats the best way to deal with this case since they are working for us from last 2 years and they have not worked with any other company?
 
A lot of the time they will work for an employer during the Master's degree program doing graduate teaching/etc. It's a thought that you could require 3 months (minimum) for the position if they have that in their background.
I've heard of M+0 cases going through, but I have never processed one, simply because the fact that a lot of US workers would qualify under that, and you don't want to get in trouble with the DOL/USCIS for not properly considering all US workers.
 
If one requests MBA+0 or MS+0 Can you request some other technologies or programming languages?
