Chances of Approval

My PD is Sep2002
485 ND May2003

RFE Replied and Received by USCIS: 12/14/2004

LUD changed 4 times after that but no approval

I belive due to Retrogression and the current Priority Date being 01/01/2002, my case will not be processed anymore as of 01/01/2005.

My question:

Is it possible that my case can still be processed in the next 4 working days before 1/1/2005 and I may get approved??

Is it possible that my case has already been processed and approved and it is just some kind of more paper work they need to do to send me the notice.

Is it possible that since my case could have been already approved and assuming it would take them some time to do the paper work and make the notice of approvel. there is a chance that I may get approval upto end of January?

Are the above things possible or I am just crazy thinking about all this possibilities??

Am I just dreaming about all these crazy possibilities?

YES you are going overboard with the GC thing...
All of us want approvals, but just relax...
sabka number aayega... :)
 
Case is already open

Since they sent me RFE, it means they already opened my case. Doesn't it mean that inspite of the retrogession and cut off date thing, they will still approve the case???
 
hey Desiladka

Its my guess.Due to lak of man power after they do lot of work on your file they will not put back and do the same process again.

I am hoping and guessing your case will approve soon before the end of this year.

LUD changes on 12/16 and 12/17

Looking at various postings, I noticed atleast quite a few cases with 2 consecutive LUD changes in December month..Hope USCIS officers have pulled and are working on these cases instead of putting them in abeyance..
Let us see ..just 2 more days to go..before the processing freezes for EB3
