hi I am using sub lab
service center :- Nabraska, chicago
Orignal:
BS +1+Major field:computer science/applications of informations systems or related field.
Mine:
BS+7 years+Majorfield:Mechanical
sAlary 73K.

labour is from my employer.

what are the chance of getting aproval of I140.

How can I check I140 status.

If this was saying equivalent instead of related field... Would have had worked perfect for Ur case.

If it was somewhere else but NSC things would have worked flawlessly. At NSC I would say around 60% chance of not getting RFE.

Better go for a new labor if u are from retrogressed country...
