Hi, I am having my employer send an expedited processing request for the all ready pending I-485. My 485 is pending for the last 2 years and my company is ready to send a letter to the USCIS asking them to Act on the "outside processing time" I-485. I do know that the 485 is pending because of security checks.
The reason that the company is planning to give is. Inability to travel unless the AP is maintained. My job requires lot of international travel and there has been an instance when I was not able to travel and it did cost some loss to the company.
What do you guys think the chances are that USCIS would request for an expedited "name check" based on this letter.
