I have I-140 /I-485 pending no FP yet
rd - 06/10/03 EB3
wac-03-188-----

I have a question, I would like to withdraw my spouse from my I485 appllication ,I am pettition , she is benificine , now we seperate
so , please tell me
Do I send the letter to withdraw my spouse from I 485?
or just waiting and when INS ask I will tell them later?
becasue she does't want GC no more...
WHo have experinces or problem like me?

Sorry to hear that.. I would suggest do not do anything. Yo might complicate the case... Let her GC come thru unless you are in a rush to getting married again..
