Chage of status from H1 to GC

Folks its my first thread so please bear with me if It sounds complicated.

I just got my Citizenship and plan to file for my spouse's GC she is already here on H1 which is valid till Feb 06.

I know i have to file I-485, G325A, I-864, I-765 & I-693 for her. Now I have 3 questions:

1- Is there any form I missed?
2- Her H1 will expire in Feb on 06 and I am very sure she'll never get her approval by then though when might get her work permit. Is it good enough?
3- We plan to travel abroad in Nov-Dec. Would this be an issue?

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Yes it is good enough.
3- We plan to travel abroad in Nov-Dec. Would this be an issue?
Once she get her AP (I-131) approved, you are good to go.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
