Can I mail the change of address forms for me and my wife in same envelope?
or Shall I mail seperately? the form has instrcutions below about the address to mail. Do I need to cut the top protion of the form?

You can send it in one envolope. Also you can leave the instructions at the bottom of the form as well. No harm doing that.
 
In AR-11 form, I can write my employer's name and address. My wife is neither working nor going to school. can she leave it blank?

And, If I send by USPS certifies spee mail or over night, Can I use the address mentioned under ( Over night/Fast freight process, ). I would prefer to send it by over night, becasue regular mail has PO.box number and over night mail has some office address.

Can i use Fedex ?

Just write Homemaker for her. I guess she has H4. Mention that too.

I send it by US postal service with delivery confirmation.
