OK, I just looked at the CGI, Houston's web site main page and I see that they will not be accepting any OCI applications from 02/15 to 03/14 due to outsourcing (reverse??) to TraVisa Outsourcing. Does this pertain to miscellaneous services as well? I don't see any pointers one way or another in the word document they have uploaded.
