Certified with return receipt plus Delivery Confirmation?!

I’m planning to send N-400 by USPS First-Class Mail - Registered Mail w/ Return Receipt.

Should I add extra services such as:

- Delivery Confirmation - Provides date and time of delivery or attempted delivery.
- Signature Confirmation - Provides date and time of delivery or attempted delivery, the name of the person who signed for the item, plus signature proof of delivery upon request.
 
I used priority mail flat rate with delivery confirmation. if you use online to generate label it cost 4.60. It is very reliable
 
I send simple Priority mail. It comes with tracking and gets there in 2-3 days. Unless I feel other side may not admit they received my mail, I do not feel I need to include delivery confirmation or signature confirmation.
 
I did it I think Priority Mail or First Class not sure anymore but I did do a return reciept and that was it.
