Certified Translators: Russian to English and Gujarati to English

My birth certificate is in Gujarati and my wife\'s birth certificate is in Russian. Can we translate them into English ourselves? If no, where can I find certified translators in these languages?

You should find somebody to sign your translation and make notarization it after that. The person who will sign need to have a license. I know such service in (Inlingua language school) Princeton NJ. 609 921-2080 maybe they are working by mail too.
They do translation and notarization. (Russian and others languages)
Usually it costs from $45-$75 second copy free.
I translated all my paperes there.
