certified translation to English of the BC in native language

Hi,
Please help us out. My USC brother filed his wife AOS after marriage in US ( she came in US on K1).We got an REF last week that a copy of BC should be provided. We provided a copy of her BC that was not in English.

Could some one let us know if we can have the BC translation in US using some translator services and get a certified copy and respond back to USCIS of both HINDI and ENGLISH copies.

Please advice any reliable company that provide above services.

Or do we need to get translated copies back from India where the original BC was issued.

I have an book about immigration. I looked it up when my wife needed to get her BC translated into English. The book said to have someone, a friend, that is competent in English and the other language. The translation has to be word for word. At the end it says to put a statement:
I certify that I am competent to translate from [the language of the document] to English and that the above [identify the document and to whom it pertains] is a correct and true translation to the best of my knowledge and belief.
Have the person sign, there address, telephone number, and date it after that statement.
