When we went in to apply for the Permanent resident we submitted the original paperwork stating that no charges were filed. all of this was 10 years ago and have since moved. do we need to somehow get the documents and re submit them all over again? it should be in her folder already. Thanks for any help.

Go to that court to see if they still keep the record. If they do, get a new copy of certified docuemnts. If they do not have that, then don't worry. submit what you have like a photocopy of the original
