Certified Court Disposition

Hello,

My husband needs a certified court disposition to bring back with us when we go to immigration to prove that he is done with probation and has completed his time for a simple assault conviction. We are in Washington DC and the courts dont seem to know what a certified court disposition is--is there another name for this or another way to describe it? I want to bring immigration what they need so they dont turn us away. Please advise
