Certificate of No Criminal Conviction - Singapore

Can anyone tell me how to obtain this certificate from Singapore Police Force and how long does it take?

I have also noticed that the Singapore Police require a letter from the US authorities that a certificate is required.

We now live in UAE and require this certificate for our interviews in UAE.
