I hope that someone can give me an answer! I get married almost 2 years ago and my husband is a US citizen , i have a I-130 pending since October 2002, INS write us for evidence they want original of our marriage certificate , we send it more than 3 months ago but we didn't understand that they want the original in Arabic , the original of our country so we sent the translation of the original in English! can we send it now even if the 3 months allows are expired! they received our english translation but they don't say we want the original in arabic!!!! I don't want to wait again 4 ou 5 months again! please can somebody tell me about can we do now???
