You mean you got a certificate of naturalization, not of citizenship (it is a different form).
In some ceremonies they have someone to take care of these mistakes. However, it is clear that either you didn't notice the problem at the ceremony or there was no such service. I see you have two choices. Make an Infopass appointment and go with your certificate (they might be able to fix it there), or go the long route of applying for N-565. If it is their mistake it shouldn't cost you a dime, if it was your mistake that you wrote the wrong height on your application then you will have to pay for the replacement certificate. If it were one inch difference I would say no bother, but it is quite a big difference, you should probably take care of this problem.
