Certfied marriage certificate?

I am an H1B married to a USC about to file the whole I-485 package. Two short questions:

1. We were married in Virginia. At the bottom of our marriage certificate is written "This is not a certified certificate." Any idea if this will make a difference? Getting a certified certificate will take additional time...

2. Am I right in thinking that the only supporting evidence I need for the I-131 (advance parole) is 2 pictures, a copy of my passport ID page, and a copy of my visa?

For the marriage certificate better apply for it so incase you mail the package and they request further evidence(rfe) you have it at hand.
