Center for I765/I-485 filing?? confused pls help

Hi all,

I got EB1a approved from Texas Center. Should I still file I-485 to NSC??

Also, I'm concurrently filing a I-765/I-485 for my wife together with my package. One paragraph of I-765 instruction says: if your form I-140 petition is pending or has been approved, file your Forms I485/ I-765 with the center where Form I-140 is pending or approved. Does this mean that I should send my I-485 package to Texas Center???

very confused, need help!!!
 
That is how I would do. You would have to file at Nebraska if you were filing concurrently. having said that, you can call USCIS and ask.
 
i got my 140 (EB2) approval from Vermont but my 131/765/485 were filed at NSC. So far no problems. Got my EAD a few weeks ago and my 131 was approved a few days ago. So i guess it can be done.
