Does any of you know anything about HIV AOS?
I have sent back RFE including:
the I-602 completely signed
Supplement form for HIV applicant Signed by me, my MD and Department of Public HEalth
Do you know hos fast do they approve the waiver after this RFE is send back to Immigration?>
I was reading the guidelines and the CFR says that
The Form Supplment for HIV applicant needs to be sent to CDC for an endorsement or recognition of the stamps and signatures of the MD and Depatment of Public HEalth and then CDC will issue a letter and endorsement and send it Back to USCIS
DOES any of you know how long is this process????
I made some reasearch and I can;t find anything about timelines.
PLEASE any input will help
