For the first question of I-90, which one we fall into? I found their online explanation is quite confusing.

1. My status is:

A. Permanent Resident -(Not a Commuter)
B. Permanent Resident -(Commuter)
C. Conditional Permanent Resident

LPR commuter is one who has GC status but is currently residing outside USA

So if you have received your GC/ 551 stamp and if you residing in usa then select 1.a.
