Cases Transferred from CSC to NSC

Hi All,

In order to formalize, streamline and centralize the discussion of our cases in the new service center, NSC, let's start a new thread for the cases transferred from CSC to NSC for an easy and convenient track.

I think the following issues might be discussed in the near future.

1. When will we get the Transfer Notice from CSC? Do we keep the same RD and case number?

2. Where do we apply for our EAD and AP? If NSC, do we have to attach the Transfer Notice?

3. Is NSC more strict with the RFE?

4. How different policy or regulation does NSC implement from CSC in terms of I-485, I-765, I-131, and RFE?

5. One of the top 5 priorities of Department of Homeland Security and USCIS in 2007 is to avoid the unduly dealy of the name check for application adjudication. See details below.

After transfer to NSC I got LUDs on 03/05, 03/11, 03/12 & 03/13.

Did anyone get a LUD change today too.

Same pattern as yours, lud: 3/5, 3/11, 3/12, 3/13. I think it will stablize for a while.

Do you know if your name check has been cleared. Is your PD current.

Unfortunately no as of feb. 2007.

I got LUD 3/15 3/16 and I also got the second FP notice.
PD current and NC cleared.
Hopefully this means they will approve my case soon?

Any RD:2002 case transfer to TSC or NSC?

Any of you got FP notice and LUDs later. My case was transferred to NSC. Got FP and got it done on 4-13. Lud on 4-17 and then it went back to sleep
