As I have said, some asylum apllication cases are openly readable for the public in the internet.Thankful told me that when cases are referred to Federal Court, it becomes open to the world.And sometimes cases are time to time open to the public when dealt by BIA.If this is really true, I guess it can be dangerous for the applicant.
Let say Mr.Y apply for asylum.He was tortured by his country police.He also say something about the activities of his country rebels which is sensitive and that cannot be told to the police.So, will it not be dangerous for that Y guy?Will not his country and the rebels both cause more problems to his family members back at home.
Usually what kind of cases are disclosed?Will it be possible to hide the asylum materials for public view with the help of attorneys or lawyers to keep the applicant safe?
