Friends,
For guidance to others (including myself), can anyone post details (like qualifications/experience, documents submitted, reasons for denial if known, the concerned INS service center and whether self-prepared or lawyer-prepared petition) about his/her or friend\'s case with EB-1 EA refusals ?
Mostly everybody here quotes successful cases so it would help others to evaluate their chances if there\'s information about known denials for EB-1 EA.
