I140,I485 Mailed on July 20th, NSC received and signed on July 23rd.
They have entered my info into system on Aug 20th.
Got physical receipt on 24th Aug.
 
I think You are lucky from the receipting notice perspective to file at Nebraska.

As per the receipting update of 8/24/2007 the Texas service center is still receipting applications filed till 6/30/2007.
