Currently the USIC website shows May21 - 2005 , for I-140 cases, filed under Advanced Degree or Excpetional ability in VSC.
My Attorney says we cant ask for updates/questions for cases filed after May 21 2005!! We may not get response from them also. Is this correct/valid?
My I-140 was filed on Jul15th with LUD Jul 20 2005!
