My I-485 (NIW, non-retrogressed) is out of processing time, one case request went without answer, second answer was "case under review, expect decision or other action in 60 days'. Does it really mean I can hope to get something in 60 days? Does it mean my name check is complete? I mean, is it possible to stuck in name check after this notice?
