Case Under Review? Called Vsc This Afternoon

I called VSC this afternoon she said my case is under review and you will have decsion in 2-3 weeks and I wanted to know what is mean by that im EB3 India , PD 5/97 , I-485 ND 9/11/99. anyone with comments are welcome.

Hi Jiten,
    If your company has changed it name, then you are also going to be in the \'Sep 99 cases - on HOLD due to name change\'. Otherwise anytime your I-485 will be approved. I am one in the abovesaid group.
