Case Type: I-181, repeat notices

I "think" this shouldn't be a big deal ... but Nebraska has till now send me repeat I-181 notices (creation of record of PR). Interestingly, the Receipt Date which is is same for both is even 3 weeks prior to my Interview last month, however the Notice Date is different for each ... the last notice date just 2 days ago. And not so imp. each letter indicates, i should receive the PR card within next 3 weeks.

Anyone else got this ... or maybe they are just researching my file on and on and on ...

Weird, I thought the 181 was an internal USCIS form. I've never heard of anyone receiving a copy of theirs.

I-181="welcome Letter"...I guess...

No, I'm pretty sure it's an internal document the service uses to authenticate the AOS in the alien's file, kind of like the last internal piece of paperwork in their internal process:

"A copy of the order on Form I-181 granting the application shall be placed in the Service file relating to the alien." (as found in the process pages at uscis.gov)

yea, but while the CaseType box says: I-181, there is another box which says: NoticeType: Welcome Letter. Regardless I was tiny bit, concerned about why I getting repeat letter, and why each time notice date changes, why receipt date is weeks prior to interview dte, and why the plastic card not arriving despite each letters saying should receive it in 3 weeks. i was just concerned if something fishy goin on adn they still researching on file and not letting it go.

i guess, in world, we have several questions, and there isn't answer to all of them ... and similar appears to be the case in question.

** I received my PR Card today ** it took 3-4 weeks from interview, and 1 week from the last welcome letter, I-181

thanks.
