case transferred

Greetings.

Checked the BCIS site this morning and saw that my case was transferred to a local office. As I live in Arlington,VA , I assume it was transferred to the arlington BCIS office.

Can anyone tell me if they had this transfer recently and if they know how long it takes to schedule an interview.

I have heard it takes a year, is this true?

What do you think is the reason for transfer...Please share. Do you currently work for your sponsorer or salary low than LC or 245-I case, NIW EB-1 or remained out of status sometime.

Arlington VA takes 1 1/2 year for an Interview

What is your 485 RD?
In your earlier postings you have stated your RD as Nov. 2001 (Nov 18, 2001). So which is correct RD? Dec 2001 or Nov 2001? Please clarify.

Nope still says received RFP on OCT 9 they will do something in 540 dys I am tired of this. I am sure there is some serious issue in my case. Probably my name popoed up in the FBI or CIA list or something

Did you get another RFE for I-140 recently, even if your I140 was approved and you are in the final stages of GC approval.?
 
Many of the Sept, Oct RD, 2001 already got interview notice and their interview will be held on June/July/August, 2003. So it should be one year if you are lucky.
 
Yes i got an intent to deny/revoke becoz My attorney was Kooritzky who went to jail for fraud. INS sent a letter to my company stating that we need to prove that my case was filed genuine-which was unfortunately Koritzky was the attorney

My RD was originally Nov 18 but my check to the INS bounced (the ONE day I didnt have enough balance on my checking a/c) and they moved the RD to Dec 31, the day they got my new check.

I dont know why my case got transferred..the only thing I can think of is that my company name changed twice during my 485 ordeal.
