Case Transferred to TSC

Hope every one is keeping cool..

I received email notice about the transfer today.

The case was transferred to TSC on 2/24/2007.

Any idea what to expect?

RD 1/3/2003 VSC

2 FP
Transferred to NYC in June 2004,
Transferred back to VSC in Nov 2005
Transferred to TSC 2/24/2007..

Stuck in FBI Name/date of birth check.:mad:
 
At least it's alive and more importantly you can go and speak to an officer personally at a local office than the bus-conductors we have to speak at other information centers. BTW yours is I believe the Great Grand Father of delayed cases.

Don`t get so excited. A friend of mine, also got transferred VSC>BOS>VSC>TSC [21NOV06], same like yours and the day b4 transfer to TSC she went in BOS with infopass and was told: the case is stucked with FBI NC.
My case follows yours case`s steps. The diference is that I`m free from FBI checks, but pending security checks. Still in VSC.
 
My case transferred to TSC too

I too received an email today stating that my 485 case has been transferred to TSC. I have left a message for my lawyer to find out if its simply USCIS balancing workload or if there is more to it.

Transfered to TSC

I too got 4 emails indicating that the case was transfered to TSC this morning.
I am from EB3 and stuck in name check with a PD which is still not current (Nov-2001). Please post what your lawyer says about it.
 
Mine to transfered to TSC

I too got email notifications today that my case has been transfered to TSC. Hopping some good to happen. BTW my priority date is 1 April 2003, filing date is 25 May 2004, FP 5 April 2005.
 
Mine to transfered to TSC - EAD Renewal

Gurus,
Does any one know where should we file our EAD/AP Renewals from now on? Akbari can you throw us some light on this?

I filed for EAD around November '06, 6 months prior to expiration of the current EAD. Approved in February from VSC.

I am pretty sure you will have to file EAD with TSC since they have your I-485 files.

Sydney, it seems to be a long wait for EB1A case. Which country are you from? Did you find out why your case is so much delayed?
