Our 485 cases (wife, I , and daugheter) were transferred to local office today, pending since Nov 2003 filed in NSC.
The email says
" we transferred your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status to an office in PROVIDENCE, RI for processing. Our office in PROVIDENCE, RI will send you a written decision as soon as processing is complete. "
They do not mention anything about interview. Is transfer automatically means interview? Would they say in the notice "interview will be scheduled"? My notice say "written decision will be sent as soon as processing is complete". Anybody heard transfer without interview? Any experience from Providence, how long it takes from transfer to interview/decission?
