Our Case has been filed in CSC from our earlier resindence, which comes under VSC. We moved to CA year ago and filed AR11 and Called INS to changes of Address and also filed EAD/AP and received on the new address in CA.
Few Months back our case has been transferred to Local office in our current resident address area which comes under CSC. The online message clearly mentioned the local office address. When we called 1-800, we go the same respone.
However we received, our interview letter from other local office (Located in our prior residence area) which comes under VSC.
It looks like the our files have been sent to other local office based on our prior address.
Did any one have similar experience, please share your follow-up process.
