case transferred to local office,Cleveland OH

hello folks,
my i-485 was transferred to Cleveland local office on 9/12/06
(my i-485 RD 2/10/06)
i recieved a notice from USCIS saying they tranfered the case was for speeding the processing, however my lawyer thinks i will get an interview. Cleveland local office are not answering me!
do you guys know how long it takes to get an interview?!!
and do i need a lawyer with me iin the interview(my case is straight forward)

i got my interview notice ..that was fast..i will be interviewed after 5 wks of the transfer yuppiiii !!
 
2 months...

I read in this forum that you should get an interview within 2mo.
