Case transferred to Local INS office at Kansas City

Hi All,
    My case has been transferred to Kansas City. My husband is primary applicant. His 485 was approved last year March 8th 2001.

My details are -
RD: March 7th 2001
ND: March 13th 2001
FP: May 2001
EAD: June 2001
AP: May 2001

Talked to IIO 2 - 3 times.

Does anyone know how much time it takes for interview notice?

Was your case added later on after your husband got the approval

Looks like your RD is so close to his approval date and that may be the reason. Can you tell whether you got married very recently when your case was filed?

My case was filed one day before my husband\'s approval!

We got married in Aug\'2000. My case was filed just one day before my husband got his aproval!

My case was transferred to KC office on 3/18/02. My attorney said it usually takes 4 to 5 months to get the interview scheduled.

Did you get your interview letter from kc ins? and got approved your case?. Please post your details. My case has been transfered to local kc ins office last week. I would like to know, how long its taking in kc ins office.
