My case has been approved on May 15th of 2002 and my wife\'s case has been transferred to local INS (Chicago) on June 5th after replying to RFE on BC on April 4th 2002.
How long does it take for local INS to send an interview letter (as per my lawyer) if anyone from Chicago??? My lawyer tells me that I can change the jobs but he cannot guarantee 100% that it is not a risk...Looks like I am stuck again with the same company even though I got the Approval until my wife gets the approval.
If anyone has similar experience at Chicago INS office, please post the details. Do both of us has to show up for the interview or only my wife??
What documents do we need to carry ????
